Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Digital Performance Lead to drive strategy, analytics, and execution across high-impact digital campaigns.

• Optimize campaign ROI across digital platforms


• Manage paid advertising performance and budgets


• Develop and maintain analytics, tracking, and reporting systems


• Lead strategic performance marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field


• Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads preferred


• Strong analytical and performance marketing expertise


• Proven experience with campaign strategy, measurement, and reporting.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, preferably in an agency or growth-focused role


• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes through digital marketing campaigns.
