Responsibilities




  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of production operations and abiding by the company’s recipe.

  • Ensure all products are up to company standard.

  • Assess the quality of and measuring the raw materials before cooking

  • Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.

  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the production.



General Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 years' work experience.

  • Prior experience in the full capacity of a Cook, preferably in continental dishes.

  • Neat and coordinated.

  • Ability to follow the restaurant safety and health guidelines.

  • The candidate must reside in or in close proximity to their preferred location.

  • Ability to work under flexible arrangements.
