Job Summary
- The Quantity Surveyor / Construction Admin (NYSC) will assist in cost estimation, project documentation, and procurement processes while gaining practical industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Support cost estimation and budget tracking.
- Assist with vendor comparisons and procurement documentation.
- Maintain project records and contract documentation.
- Support the preparation of valuation reports.
- Monitor material usage under supervision.
- Provide general administrative support for project coordination.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of documentation.
- Timely support on cost reports.
- Proper record-keeping and filing.
- Responsiveness to procurement tasks.
- Demonstrated improvement in cost analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Currently serving (NYSC Corps Member).
- Basic knowledge of construction cost management tools is an advantage.
