About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead operations, sales, and business growth for our PPR pipe products division.


• The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and sales activities, and drive profitability while ensuring operational excellence across different branches of the company and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PPR pipe products


• Drive sales growth and expand distributor/client networks


• Manage budgets, costs, and overall P&L performance


• Lead and supervise cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics)


• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance


• Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share


• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field


• 3–4 years relevant experience in industrial products, or pipe/plastics distribution


• Proven experience managing operations and sales teams


• Strong business development and negotiation skills


• Good understanding of supply chain management


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
