- As a Portfolio Partner, your primary role is to convert inbound leads into long-term clients by offering tailored investment guidance, managing property portfolios, and representing Wagon Wheel with professionalism and insight.
- You will work hand-in-hand with our marketing, CRM, and technical teams to deliver a seamless advisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and manage leads provided by the company (no cold calls required)
- Understand client needs, investment goals, and lifestyle aspirations
- Present appropriate property solutions across our portfolio
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategy and payment plans
- Conduct site tours, virtual presentations, and onboarding sessions
- Build trust and maintain relationships for referrals and repeat sales
- Track engagement and pipeline progress through CRM tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team on feedback, insights, and campaign improvement
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural relationship-builder with emotional intelligence
- Previous experience in real estate, finance, sales, or client service (preferred)
- Comfortable advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, and families
- Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
- Driven by results, but not aggressive — focused on value-based selling.
