Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations, ensure service excellence, and drive operational efficiency.


• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to manage performance targets, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end laundry operations (washing, drying, ironing, folding, packaging, and dispatch)


• Supervise and manage laundry staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring


• Ensure strict adherence to quality control and garment care standards


• Monitor productivity targets and operational KPIs


• Manage inventory (detergents, chemicals, consumables, equipment maintenance)


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations


• Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally


• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports


• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage


• Coordinate equipment servicing and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Administration or related field (preferred)


• 2 years experience in laundry operations, hospitality, or facility management


• Proven supervisory or managerial experience


• Strong organizational and leadership skills


• Good understanding of fabric care and industrial laundry processes


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets


• Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control management.
