Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Baking of products in line with customer and store orders


• Packaging of orders (that do not require decoration) ready collection/delivery to store


• Baking customary shelf products and making available for icing/decorating


• Checking materials for baking are available and providing feedback to Head baker to ensure delivery


• Cleaning of baking area and materials


• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking


• Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.


• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels


• Taking customers information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.


• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Remuneration

N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
