Job Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to lead senior-level hiring across our organization.


• This role requires a high level of discretion, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to attract and close top executive talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles


• Partner closely with senior leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies


• Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted search and strategic networking


• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present strong shortlists


• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the hiring process


• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes


• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)


• Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on executive hiring


• Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments (preferably tech or consumer goods)


• Strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills


• Excellent communication skills and high level of discretion


• Proficiency in using ATS platforms


• HR certification is an added advantage.
