Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and activities of Merchandisers, Canvassers and Adhocs on site.
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels in accordance with the agreed service scope and duty rosters.
- Monitoring attendance, punctuality, discipline, and conduct of outsourced staff.
- Ensuring outsourced staff perform their duties in line with agreed service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting routine inspections and quality checks.
- Ensuring compliance with the Rite Foods Limited’s policies, site rules, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
- Enforcing proper use of uniforms and identification
- Reporting incidents, accidents, misconduct, or breaches of policy to ICSL and Rite Foods Limited
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the Rite Foods Limited and the outsourced staff.
- Receiving, documenting, and resolving client complaints or service requests within agreed timelines.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the Service Provider’s management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND /B.Sc in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and good customer relation skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supervisory role.
- 30 years and below.
