Job Summary




  • The Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, affiliates, and prospects.

  • The ideal candidate must be articulate, professional, confident, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage inquiries effectively and maintain a positive brand image.



Key Responsibilities




  • Attend to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely feedback

  • Support the sales and operations team to enhance customer experience

  • Provide reports on customer feedback and service improvement



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant field

  • Minimum of 2–4 years experience in Customer Service (Real Estate experience is an advantage)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • Professional appearance and confident disposition.
