Job Summary




  • The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to customers, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships.

  • The role involves interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth.



Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties:




  • Promote and sell company products to customers.

  • Identify potential customers and approach them professionally

  • Explain product features and benefits to customers.

  • Assist customers in making purchase decisions.



Customer Service:




  • Maintain good relationships with customers.

  • Attend to customer questions and complaints politely.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.



Reporting and Record Keeping:




  • Keep records of daily sales.

  • Submit sales reports to the supervisor.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.



Field Activities:




  • Visit customers and business locations when required.

  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities.



Requirements




  • Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / NECO certificate

  • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

  • Applicant must live within Festac, Satellite town, Maza Maza, Abule Ado and environs.



Skills:




  • Good communication skills

  • Friendly and confident personality

  • Ability to convince customers

  • Basic reading and writing skills

  • Ability to work with little supervision.
