Job Summary
- The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to customers, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- The role involves interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties:
- Promote and sell company products to customers.
- Identify potential customers and approach them professionally
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Customer Service:
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Attend to customer questions and complaints politely.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Reporting and Record Keeping:
- Keep records of daily sales.
- Submit sales reports to the supervisor.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Field Activities:
- Visit customers and business locations when required.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / NECO certificate
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Applicant must live within Festac, Satellite town, Maza Maza, Abule Ado and environs.
