Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and support talent acquisition initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate must have experience in business development within a consulting, HR, or service-based environment, with hands-on knowledge of recruitment processes.

  • The role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, close deals, and support recruitment delivery by understanding and responding to client hiring needs.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Present company services to prospective clients and negotiate business agreements

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and growth targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities

  • Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely talent delivery

  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating job briefs, assisting with candidate sourcing, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates

  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout both the business development and recruitment lifecycle.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Business Development with recruitment exposure

  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, client acquisition, and lead conversion

  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and talent sourcing techniques

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/recruitment platforms.
