Job Description

• Prepare therapeutic milk and or cook meals/Pap for caretakers according to daily menus and dietary requirements


• Ensure meals are served in appropriate conditions


• Ensure proper washing, handling, and storage of food items


• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, equipment, and eating areas


• Ensure safe disposal of food waste and garbage


• Assist in monitoring food stocks and inform the supervisor of shortages or needs


• Ensure correct storage of food items to prevent spoilage and contamination


• Use kitchen equipment properly and report any malfunction or damage


• Work in collaboration with other support staff (cleaners, guards, logistics team)


• Communicate any issues related to food quality, hygiene, or supplies


• Additional Duties: Perform any other cooking-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
