Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketer to join our growing FMCG team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing and sales activities, increasing product visibility, and expanding market share within the soap and toothpaste segment.


• This role requires strong field sales experience, particularly within FMCG, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in FMCG sales (soap and toothpaste segment preferred)


• Strong marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets


• Familiarity with Lagos market dynamics is an advantage


• Self-motivated and able to work independently
