Job Description



  • Develop sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for each area to ensure the achievement of set turnover and profitability of I-Fitness.

  • Convert and retain corporate clients for iFitness

  • Nature & Scope of Position

  • We are looking for an engaging sales executive to help grow memberships across our gyms. You will report to the marketing manager and take responsibility for locating prospective clients and bringing them into the I-Fitness family.


Key Responsibility:



  • Identify new markets and business opportunities in the corporate sector

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Promote and sell our services to target markets to meet their needs and to achieve sales targets.

  • Closely following up on all business leads.

  • Manage customer/client accounts, maintain knowledge of key account status, and follow up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.


Requirements



  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the health Management or Insurance Sector

  • Demonstrated achievement in HMO and insurance sales

  • HND/BSC degree in any discipline

  • MBA is an added advantage

  • Skill Requirements

  • Being conversant with sales practices and processes

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills

  • Good planning and organizing skills

  • Self-driven, aggressive, energetic
