Job Description







  • SCALE mPower is a financial solution that provides transportation workers with access to credit, enabling them to pay for essential services such as vehicle spares, repairs, and fueling, ensuring their vehicles remain operational and on the road.

  • The Credit Sales Field Agent is responsible for driving SCALE mPower operations within an cluster of transport parks. TThe Credit Sales Field Agent is responsible for credit disbursement, KYC, driving credit growth, l and daily collections across an assigned cluster of four (4) transportation parks. The agent oversees loan disbursement activities, ensures strong portfolio quality, and collaborates closely with CROs (Credit Recovery Officers) within each park to achieve daily recovery targets.



This role is strictly field-based and performance-driven.



Compensation Structure




  • This role is 100% commission-based.

  • There is no fixed salary.

  • All earnings are tied strictly to performance.



Earnings are based on:




  • Disbursement performance

  • Collection performance

  • Achievement of weekly collections target



High-performing Credit Sales Field Agents can earn between ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly based on results.



Key Responsibilities



Loan Disbursement & Growth




  • Drive daily loan disbursements across assigned parks.

  • Ensure proper onboarding of eligible transport workers.

  • Grow the credit portfolio responsibly within the cluster.

  • Ensure all transactions are processed strictly on the mPower platform (no physical cash).



Portfolio Quality & Recovery




  • Follow up daily on loan repayments.

  • Monitor repayment trends and prevent defaults.

  • Drive daily recovery efforts to meet DCER targets.

  • Ensure strong collection discipline across parks.



CRO Supervision & Collaboration




  • Manage and partner with CROs in each assigned park.

  • Ensure CROs meet daily collection expectations.

  • Provide operational guidance and support to CROs.

  • Monitor CRO performance and escalate concerns where necessary.



Park Relationship Management




  • Maintain cordial and professional relationships with Park Chairmen.

  • Represent SCALE mPower positively within the parks.

  • Ensure alignment between park leadership and company objectives.



Reporting & Escalation




  • Report directly to the Regional Project Lead (RPL).

  • Escalate inconsistencies, irregularities, or operational challenges promptly.

  • Submit accurate and timely performance reports as required.

  • Ensure full transparency in all park-level activities.
