Halifield Schools is seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our school transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all school vehicles and drivers


• Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of all vehicles


• Monitor fuel usage and vehicle documentation


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies


• Keep accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and expenses


• Schedule drivers and manage transportation logistics


• Respond promptly to transportation-related issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet or transport management


• Must know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles


• Valid driver’s license


• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills


• Good leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work with minimal supervision


• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

Qualification:

• Minimum of OND (Higher qualifications are an added advantage)
