Job Description

• Routine reports on maintenance jobs done on the server, Updates and Upgrade Reports, Availability Reports, Backup Reports, etc.


• Analyze business requirements, as it relates to design, and be able to use technology to drive it


• Conduct requirements gathering, design modeling, rollout, User Acceptance Tests, and other application testing.


• Collation and submission of weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Department


• Coordinate the activities of unit members to ensure it aligns with organization goals


• Provides an Inter-Departmental harmonious working relationship with team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions of issues and incidents.


• Maintain a harmonious working relationship and ensure reported incidents are given due attention and resolved in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND qualification


• 5 - 7 years of work experience.


• M.Sc. will be an advantage


• ITIL Certifications would be an added advantage (CCNA, MCSE, ITIL)


• Experience leading and managing development initiatives with a strong sense of software


• development methodology such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.


• Experience in software solution architecture and design.
