Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Marketing
- Generate new clients for home care and domiciliary services.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into active clients.
- Educate prospective clients and families on available care services and packages.
- Maintain a structured client and lead database to track potential and current clients.
- Partnerships & Referrals:
- Build and manage referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector and community.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to drive referrals and business growth.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Attend initial client meetings and home visits (non-clinical) to assess their needs.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with operations and care teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, assessments, and visits.
- Ensure a positive first experience for clients and families, fostering long-term relationships.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to track lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track leads, conversions, and client retention metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in service-based marketing or business development.
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, real estate, hospitality, or NGO marketing is an advantage.
