Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals


• Support the planning and execution of social media content strategies


• Build brand awareness through consistent, high-quality content


• Improve engagement rates using social media best practices


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent brand messaging


• Assist with content calendar planning and execution


• Write and edit blog posts, captions, website copy, and marketing materials


• Create visual content using basic design tools and photography


• Schedule and publish content using social media scheduling tools


• Research trends, hashtags, and relevant industry topics


• Monitor content performance and optimise strategies


• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related fields


• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent grammar and style


• Good understanding of major social media platforms and best practices


• Familiarity with CMS and social media scheduling tools


• Creative mindset with strong idea generation skills


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Basic design and photography skills are an advantage.
