- As a Sales Expert, you will interact with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
- Meet Sales target monthly and lead generation with high conversion rates.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate product usage, operation, and functionality to customers, if applicable.
- Recommend complementary products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting products, sizes, colors, and quantities, ensuring satisfaction with their choices.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment securely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in the store or sales area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise stock levels on the sales floor, shelves, and displays to ensure availability and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock counts, restocking, and receiving shipments, as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Build rapport and develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Participate in sales training programs, product knowledge sessions, and promotional events to enhance sales skills and product expertise.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and sales incentives to effectively communicate information to customers and drive sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in luxury sales, real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers effectively.
- Sales-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a Heavy Sales Inflow portfolio
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and critical thinking.
