Responsbilibites
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquirers through our various channels ( phone and social media)
- Receive and manage all product and service complaints by clarifying the customers complaint, identifying the cause of the problem and provide solution
- Document and escalate all customers issues
- Follow up on customers
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Build and develop customer relationship
- Achievement of individual monthly KPI
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
- Should be Female NYSC member
- Must live within Gwarimpa, Kubwa, Dawaki, Lifecamp, Utako, Mpapa
- Must be sales driven
- Good communication skills
- Willing to learn and develop
