Job Summary




  • Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand market presence across SME and corporate segments.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving the adoption of credit, mortgage, and lending solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within SME and corporate markets.

  • Promote and sell credit, mortgage, and lending products.

  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.

  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5–8 years sales experience, preferably in mortgage, credit, or lending services.

  • Proven experience in SME or corporate sales.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
