Job Summary
- The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company’s branding, marketing, and communication objectives.
- The role involves developing creative concepts and producing high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Development:
- Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media content, marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and promotional assets.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
- Produce high-quality layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets that enhance brand storytelling.
Digital Content & Marketing Support:
- Create social media graphics, banners, website visuals, and digital marketing assets to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative materials for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Support the design of email marketing templates, digital advertisements, and landing page visuals.
Brand Management & Visual Consistency:
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and visual style across all company communications.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Review and update existing design materials to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Collaboration & Project Execution:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
File Management & Production:
- Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for digital distribution and print production.
- Organize and maintain a structured library of design assets, templates, and visual resources.
- Ensure all deliverables meet required technical specifications and production standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quality and creativity of design outputs.
- Timely delivery of design projects and campaign materials.
- Consistency in brand representation across all visual assets.
- Engagement and effectiveness of digital marketing visuals.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.
Core Competencies:
- Strong visual design and creative thinking skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to create digital and print-ready designs
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation (an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Excellent time management and project coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
Additional Advantage:
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or After Effects.
- Knowledge of digital marketing creatives.
- Understanding of social media content design and advertising formats.
