• Responsible for the collection team training.


• Update the Training documents according to the training and business requirements


• Inspire employees' work enthusiasm and improve their learning outcomes (personal personality is more outgoing, able to chat)

Job requirements:

• More than 1 year of training experience in the same industry (Collection)is preferred;


• Understand and or can speak Chinese is an advantage
