Job Description:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization.


• Record daily financial transactions and bank deposits.


• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.


• Assist in financial audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations to auditors.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Handle payroll activities, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations in financial reporting and transactions.


• Manage cash flow by monitoring accounts receivable and payable and optimizing cash reserves.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.


• Previous experience in a supermarket or shopping mall


• Professional certification is an advantage


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ethical behavior and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
