- Whether you are a professional focusing on vertical market penetration or an expert leading high-stakes Executive Search and strategic webinars, your goal is precision.
- You will be a Boolean search expert, a lead generator, and a community leader who provides deep industry insights to our clients.
What You'll Do
Vertical Market Strategy:
- Vertical Sourcing: Act as a "Boolean Search Expert" to map and source technical talent within specific industry verticals.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads for new client mandates within your assigned sectors.
- Community Leadership: Act as the lead for specialized talent groups, fostering engagement and keeping EISS top-of-mind for candidates.
Executive Search & Strategic Hiring:
- Executive Mapping: Lead high-stakes "Executive Search" mandates, focusing on C-suite and senior leadership roles.
- Thought Leadership: Organize and lead Executive Search webinars and market referral groups to expand our reach.
- Analytical Expert: Provide strategic hiring insights and talent market data to guide leadership decision-making.
Core TA Operations:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to final client recommendation.
- Pre-Screening Excellence: Conduct 100% thorough pre-screening and document the candidate's technical and culture fit with precision.
- Process Compliance: Ensure every step of the recruitment journey follows EISS standard operating procedures and legal compliance.
What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in any discipline. (While the discipline is open, candidates with an HR or Social Science background are preferred for the Executive Search level).
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR/Recruitment with a background in Healthcare/Pharma, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, FMCG, or Construction.
- Consulting DNA: Experience in a recruitment consultancy with a clear sector specialty is highly preferred.
- Sourcing Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping techniques.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to turn recruitment data into market insight reports for clients.
Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths:
- Structured Mindset: You are highly organized and can manage multiple "vertical" pipelines simultaneously.
- Communication: A "candidate-centric" approach with the ability to lead webinars and community groups.
- Execution-Focused: You are driven by KPIs and thrive in a high-delivery, high-precision environment.
Success Milestones: Your First Year
Within 3 Months: Funnel Optimization & Pipeline Building:
- Sourcing Excellence: Master the EISS "Sourcing Funnel," maintaining a high-conversion ratio from initial sourcing to client recommendation.
- Community Setup: Launch or take over a Vertical Market Talent Community or an Executive Referral Group with active weekly engagement.
- Documentation Rigor: Achieve 100% compliance in pre-screening documentation and candidate mapping.
- Placement Traction: Begin delivering on assigned roles weekly, meeting high-value placement revenue targets.
Within 6 Months: Sector Authority & Revenue Growth:
- Market Penetration: Drive consistent revenue growth through vertical-specific client acquisition and placement success.
- Lead Generation: Successfully convert monthly leads into active hiring mandates.
- Strategic Engagement: Launch your first Executive Search Webinar, positioning EISS as a thought leader in your specialized sector.
- Candidate Experience: Achieve a high Candidate Satisfaction (Net Promoter) score through empathetic and professional journey management.
Within 1 Year: Strategic Partnership & Market Leadership:
- Industry Insights: Produce quarterly "Vertical Market Industry Insight" reports that provide high-value analytical data to our clients.
- Pipeline Maturity: Maintain a robust, "evergreen" talent pipeline that allows for rapid time-to-fill on complex technical and executive roles.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain an industry-leading client satisfaction score based on the quality and longevity of your placements.
