Key Responsibilities




  • Planning & Conceptualization: Defining event goals, themes, and layouts, and creating detailed project plans.

  • Budget Management: Establishing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and keeping costs within limits.

  • Vendor & Staff Coordination: Selecting, managing, and liaising with venues, caterers, decorators, and staff.

  • Logistics & Execution: Overseeing on-site operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting during the event.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Promoting events to target audiences to ensure high attendance, notesProspects.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Analyzing success, handling invoicing, and collecting feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications




  • Experience: Proven experience in event planning, as stated byBambooHR.

  • Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
