- Astracrest Investment Limited is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle client inquiries, and support administrative functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding property listings and company services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and sales teams.
- Maintain visitor records and office logs.
- Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
- Direct client inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Experience:
- 1–2 years experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate office environments is an advantage.
