Job Summary




  • Astracrest Investment Limited is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

  • The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle client inquiries, and support administrative functions within the company.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding property listings and company services.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for management and sales teams.

  • Maintain visitor records and office logs.

  • Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and office coordination.

  • Direct client inquiries to the appropriate department.

  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.



Requirements

Educational Qualification:





  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.





Experience:




  • 1–2 years experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.

  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate office environments is an advantage.



Required Skills:




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
