Role Overview
- We are seeking a high-energy, systems-oriented Digital Marketing & Conversion Specialist to join our fast-paced Branding & Communications team.
- This role is the "Growth Engine" of our department.
- Your primary mission is to take full ownership of our daily social media operations, community engagement, and lead conversion.
- While our leads handle high-level development and cinematic production, you ensure our digital presence is active, responsive, and profitable.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Daily Operations:
- Full Channel Ownership: Handle the daily posting schedule across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure a consistent and professional brand pulse.
- Community Engagement: Act as the primary "front line"—responding to every comment and review immediately to build community trust.
- Lead Conversion: Manage all incoming DMs with speed and brand-appropriate tone, proactively turning inquiries into booked leads or sales.
Performance Marketing (Ads Management):
- Execute daily monitoring and optimization of ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Use Meta Business Suite and native ad managers to track ROI and ROAS daily.
- Pivot and adjust targeting strategies based on real-time analytics to prevent "ad fatigue" and wasted spend.
Content Production & Distribution:
- Collaborative Production: Join the core team in the field or studio to assist in producing content (video shoots, photography, and interviews) as demanded by the project workload.
- Email Marketing: Manage the distribution of newsletters and automated sequences using professional Email Marketing Software.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure all technical assets (blogs, web updates, and videos) reach the intended audience through the right digital channels.
Operations & Reporting:
- Use Notion and Google Workspace to manage content calendars, track tasks, and report on growth metrics.
- Maintain organized documentation of marketing workflows and lead conversion rates. Requirements
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok.
- Social Media Native: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, posting best practices, and community management.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with Email Marketing softwares and Google Suite.
- Project Management: Proficiency in Notion for workflow tracking and organization.
- Production Ready: A hands-on attitude toward content shoots and collaborative production environments. Preferred (The "Plus" Skills)
- Experience with Figma for reviewing or adjusting design assets.
- Basic video assembly skills in CapCut or Canva for quick-turnaround social content
