• The role is ideal for a leader capable of translating business objectives into actionable initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability within a retail chain superstore environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and recruit a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and professional growth-oriented environment.


• Oversee requirements gathering for complex projects and ensure standards for documentation (use cases, user stories, process flows) are maintained.


• Translate strategic goals from senior management into actionable projects and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.


• Ensure the team conducts thorough data analysis and utilizes visualization tools to track KPIs and inform business decisions.


• Manage the team’s project portfolio to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets stakeholder requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


• Minimum of 5-8years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a management role.


• Deep understanding of the retail industry (supply chain, inventory, merchandising).


• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.


• Strong knowledge of business process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).


• Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or PMP) are a plus.
