Job Summary




  • The Marketer/Business Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing brand visibility for the laundry and dry-cleaning business.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and acquire new clients (corporate, hospitality, residential estates, schools, hospitals).

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Promote services through physical visits, digital platforms, and networking.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets.

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

  • Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.



Qualifications & Experience




  • HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in service-based industries).

  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
