Job Summary
- The Marketer/Business Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing brand visibility for the laundry and dry-cleaning business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients (corporate, hospitality, residential estates, schools, hospitals).
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Promote services through physical visits, digital platforms, and networking.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in service-based industries).
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
