Job Responsibilities

• Network Management: Expand and maintain a robust network of dealers and distributors to ensure product availability across the region.


• Field Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings to prove the efficacy of seeds, chemicals, and fertilizers.


• Sales Execution: Drive seasonal revenue growth by meeting sales targets and ensuring the timely collection of payments.


• Market Analysis: Track competitor trends and farmer feedback to provide strategic insights for product positioning.


• Brand Promotion: Execute local marketing campaigns and "below-the-line" activities to increase brand visibility among the farming community.
