Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Pitching sales proposal to potential clients
- Promoting special sales and offers
- Providing product information and answering customers enquiries
- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Cross sell and upsell products to increase purchase amount and maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper customer service and achieve collective sales targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in a sales role.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record of achieving sales quota and targets
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and software
- Candidate must reside in Lekki and its environs.
