Job Summary
- The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- The role includes staff supervision, process optimization, and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant and outlet operations (washing, dry cleaning, ironing, packaging, and delivery).
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for garment care and handling.
- Supervise and coordinate staff (machine operators, pressers, sorters, front desk).
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained and customer complaints are resolved promptly.
- Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and consumables.
- Monitor machine maintenance schedules and liaise with technicians.
- Drive operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Prepare operational reports (daily output, defects, revenue tracking).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in laundry, hospitality, or production operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
