Job Summary




  • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling order intake, service coordination, billing, and customer inquiries while ensuring a seamless service experience.



Key Responsibilities




  • Receive and log customer orders accurately (tagging, item description, special instructions).

  • Issue receipts and manage billing/payment processing.

  • Attend to walk-in customers, calls, and online inquiries.

  • Track order status and communicate timelines to customers.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary.

  • Coordinate with the operations team on garment processing and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain proper records of transactions and the customer database.

  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional.



Qualifications & Experience




  • OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in laundry, retail, or hospitality).
