Job Summary
- The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling order intake, service coordination, billing, and customer inquiries while ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer orders accurately (tagging, item description, special instructions).
- Issue receipts and manage billing/payment processing.
- Attend to walk-in customers, calls, and online inquiries.
- Track order status and communicate timelines to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary.
- Coordinate with the operations team on garment processing and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper records of transactions and the customer database.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional.
Qualifications & Experience
- OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in laundry, retail, or hospitality).
