We are seeking an experienced Training and Field Specialist to coordinate and deliver high-impact technical training programs across multiple states in Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will lead training sessions, manage learning cohorts, and oversee field implementation of skills development programs.
This role requires strong facilitation skills, experience managing training operations, and the ability to ensure quality program delivery across different locations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate technical training programs, workshops, and bootcamps.
Coordinate cohort-based learning programs and track participant progress.
Manage field operations and oversee training implementation across states.
Support curriculum delivery and ensure engaging learning experiences.
Work closely with facilitators, partners, and internal teams.
Prepare reports on training activities, learner performance, and program outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, HR, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4–6 years experience in training delivery, learning & development, or program implementation.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating programs across multiple locations.
