The Regional Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, manage field sales teams, develop key customer relationships, and execute the national sales strategy within an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve regional revenue targets and break them down into state and individual sales rep goals.
Monitor sales performance, implement corrective actions, and prepare weekly zone reports.
Lead and coach sales reps and merchandisers through field visits and joint customer engagements.
Manage key accounts, negotiate supply agreements, and onboard new major customers.
Track product availability, pricing, shelf visibility, and competitor activity in the market.
Coordinate with operations, hub managers, and customer service to ensure stock replenishment and resolve escalated client issues.
Oversee credit balances, collections, and ensure adherence to payment terms.ey Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to travel extensively within the region; valid driver’s license.
