Key Responsibilities
Market Efficacy estates and housing projects through digital platforms, events, and traditional media.
Ensure consistent brand messaging that reflects affordability, professionalism, and reliability.
Source prospective buyers and investors through referrals, online campaigns, and networking.
Provide detailed property information and guide clients through purchase/rental processes.
Collaborate with sales managers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Track and report on marketing performance, lead conversion, and client satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and Lagos real estate trends.
Recommend innovative strategies to position Efficacy as a leader in affordable housing.,
Represent Efficacy at property exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Build long-term relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
1 - 3 years of experience in real estate or property marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills.
Knowledge of Lagos real estate market and housing trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Skills:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
