Job Description



An international Real Estate group seeks to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated candidate with strong familiarity with High-net-worth investors or individuals for investment purposes, to assume responsibility as a Sales Executive to maximize profitability. The incumbent will report to the CEO and will be based at our office in Abuja.


External Customers



  • Real Estate Investment Companies

  • High Net worth Real Estate Investors/Individual

  • Financial & Banking Sectors


Outputs


Services and information that the individual must provide to external individuals or groups, or one another to accomplish the organization's mission and strategy.



  • Develop and maintain relationships within HNI’s and Real Estate Investors and channel partners

  • Identify Partnerships or real estate investment opportunities and create customized investment packages to suit these requests

  • Maximize revenue potential

  • Achieves Sales projections for the organization

  • Communicate effectively through presentations and real estate marketing analysis on profitability of investment to potential clients

  • Optimize the use of social media/LinkedIn for potential client sourcing

  • Recruit Sales Agents

  • Broker relations with top investors in various industries

  • Familiarity or connections with HNI’s

  • A sound understanding of real estate marketing to investors

  • Existing Real Estate Investors relationships and the proven ability to build productive

  • Strong people skills/outgoing personality

  • Sound knowledge of all major Real Estate Investment companies will be an advantage

Knowledge/Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to the candidate who has contacts or exiting relationships with leading role players in the Real Estate Investment Sectors / Individuals with Investment Portfolio projections

  • 5 years of experience in the relevant industry
