Job Description
An international Real Estate group seeks to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated candidate with strong familiarity with High-net-worth investors or individuals for investment purposes, to assume responsibility as a Sales Executive to maximize profitability. The incumbent will report to the CEO and will be based at our office in Abuja.
External Customers

Outputs
Services and information that the individual must provide to external individuals or groups, or one another to accomplish the organization's mission and strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships within HNI’s and Real Estate Investors and channel partners
- Identify Partnerships or real estate investment opportunities and create customized investment packages to suit these requests
- Maximize revenue potential
- Achieves Sales projections for the organization
- Communicate effectively through presentations and real estate marketing analysis on profitability of investment to potential clients
- Optimize the use of social media/LinkedIn for potential client sourcing
- Recruit Sales Agents
- Broker relations with top investors in various industries

- Familiarity or connections with HNI’s
- A sound understanding of real estate marketing to investors
- Existing Real Estate Investors relationships and the proven ability to build productive

- Sound knowledge of all major Real Estate Investment companies will be an advantage

Knowledge/Qualifications
- Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is compulsory
- Sales/ Marketing or tertiary qualification
- Established client relationships
- Preference will be given to the candidate who has contacts or exiting relationships with leading role players in the Real Estate Investment Sectors / Individuals with Investment Portfolio projections
- 5 years of experience in the relevant industry
