Responsibilities 

• Conduct inspections of Bike prior to dispatch operations to ascertain its good condition


• Ride the company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties


• Report on all matters concerning the motorcycle to the supervisor


• Ensures the efficient and timely delivery of packages to any location that is assigned


• Responsible for contacting clients to verify delivery address or pickup locations


• Responsible for the timely pickup and safe delivery of items to clients


• Package and load items into the bike according to the company’s material handling process


• Maintain excellent polite and cordial communication with colleagues and clients


• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer according to the company's requirements


• Record information such as items received and delivered

Requirements

• A minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)


• 1 - 3 years of work experience


• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English language


• Proven experience as a dispatch rider


• Must have a Rider’s Permit and any other relevant licenses


• Familiarity with road networks in Lagos and Port Harcourt


• Have good numeracy skills for delivery records


• Should be friendly, presentable, reliable and punctual


• Ensure personal safety and traffic regulations.
