Job Description

• Timeliness and maximum efficiency for restocking of sales floor


• Assess and communicate store needs (fixtures, hardware, product) and partner with appropriate parties


• Train store employees on current merchandising standards


• Initiate monthly floor sets


• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising Standards


• Partner with DM and Store Manager during stores visits to walk store


• Maintaining corporate standards, window and mannequin detail


• Partner with DM and Store Manager to red flag slow moving items via selling reports


• Supervision of Inventory/Visual Associate(s)


• Drive and develop sales opportunities for accessories and apparel for one of our top Mall Accounts


• Facilitate proactive order book management – sell thru analysis actions – chase winners/ manage losers


• Support to team to provide excellent sell ins


• Be the face of your accounts


• Monitor performance metrics using branch tools (performance boards, DWOR)

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification


• Three to four years retail experience, in the mall, with at least two years of demonstrated success in a Store/Mall management position


• Minimum 1 year expereince in or retail or mall leadership role


• Project management, delivery of capital works and tenancy coordination


• Can involve standing and walking, working nights, and weekends


• Open-mindedness and drive to find a solution to every problem

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
