We are in need of a weigh bridge clerk to accurately weigh and record all materials received into the factory and all dispatches out of the factory and ensure compliance with the set weight tolerances, internal controls and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting both internal and external clients, contractors and visitors to the site


• Efficiently input data onto the weighbridge from vehicles collecting/delivering to the company


• To answer all incoming calls and deal with appropriately


• Scanning, filing, emailing documents to customer


• Raising of purchase orders including adding documents and recording received goods/services


• Resolving all invoice/purchase order queries for the company and customers 


• Ensuring all weighbridge/customer queries are resolved and actioned

Requirement

• National Diploma in business administration/computer studies


• Must reside in Epe, Lagos


• Minimum experience of two year, knowledge of logistics will be an added advantage


• good record and store keeping


• Ability to learn, reason and diagnose problems


• Knowledge and ability to use computer systems and packages
