Responsibilities
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Update office policies as needed.
- Maintain the office poll-cars
- Manage office supplies.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Supervise and maintain the office poll-cars
Qualifications
- Candidate must have BA / HND in Administrative studies or related field
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the chosen field with body of work to prove it.
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly.

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with computer proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and with little or no supervision.
- Candidate must be a good team player and must have good team working skills.
- Candidatemusthave good negotiation and reputation management skills.
- Candidate must reside on the Ajah/ Ibeju-Lekki axis.
Remuneration
N50,000 - N55,000 Monthly.
