Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience in performance management, HR analytics, or related roles
- Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and organizational performance metrics
- Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support business decision-making
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Clear and concise reporting of key metrics helps inform leadership decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with HR systems, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms
