The Recovery Manager is responsible for managing the bank’s delinquent loan portfolio, driving effective collections and recovery strategies, and minimizing credit losses.
The role focuses on reducing Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining positive customer engagement where possible.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recovery strategies for overdue loans
Manage and supervise recovery teams and field collectors
Drive collections and recovery performance across all loan segments
Oversee legal recovery and repossession processes
Monitor portfolio performance and provide recovery reports
Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams

Requirements
7–10 years experience in credit/recovery (microfinance or banking) in Recovery
