Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting in employee relations, coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR processes are efficient and compliant.
- The HR Assistant will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting various HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
