Job Summary




  • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting in employee relations, coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR processes are efficient and compliant.

  • The HR Assistant will also play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting various HR initiatives.



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
