Job Description



This job is responsible for facilitating profitable company growth by identifying, developing, and executing commercial strategies that lead to a sustainable increase in customers, channels, markets, and revenue across our client’s retail stores, e-commerce channel, B2B and B2C RTM, brands and communications teams:



  • Strategic Leadership

  • Revenue Generation & Sales Management

  • Drive strategic alliance initiatives for business growth

  • New market generation

  • Customer experience and client service management


Education and Experience:



  • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma, HND / Bachelor's Degree, B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any other relevant

  • An MBA or master’s degree in any business-related discipline is an added advantage

  • Minimum of 8 - 12 years’ experience across retail, sales and marketing with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Salary range: N550,000 – N650,000 net depending on the experience (Benefits: HMO, annual leave allowance, yearly rent subsidy of N750,000, status car, profit sharing)
