Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about company products.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Follow established call scripts, policies, and service standards
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements & Qualifications
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Must be fluent in Hausa Language
- 1–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role
- NYSC Completion/Exemption
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
