Key Responsibilities




  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel itineraries for senior staff.

  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing correspondence.

  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, often using MS Office Suite.

  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, screening calls and managing emails for executives.

  • Records Management: Establish and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.

  • Project Assistance: Support special projects, research, and data analysis as required



Key Requirements




  • A graduate with minimum qualification of (HND/BSc)in business admin, estate management or related fields

  • Real estate experience is an added advantage

  • Must present good communication skills, knowledge, and experience of administrative management and have some level of technical skills

  • Minimum of three years experience
